Rules
Date
Saturday, December 2nd, 2006, from 12:00 noon till
12:00 midnight.
Location
SS Billiards*, 732 11th Avenue South in the Westbrooke
Square Mall, Hopkins, MN, USA.
Pricing
• All pinball machines will be left at their
normal pricing of $0.50 per 1–play/
$2.00 for 5–plays.
• Each registered attempt to qualify will cost
$1.00.
• Each round of the tournament will cost $1.00.
Schedule
• Practice from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
• Qualifying from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
• Registration of qualifiers and break from
5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
• Single Elimination Tournament starts at 6:00.
• Announcement of winner planed for no later
than 12:00 AM.
Prizes
• Free OEM NOS pinball flyer with the first
registration attempt.
• Qualifiers each get an OEM NOS pinball translite.
• Contestants of only the first tournament round
will be given an OEM NOS pinball plastic.
• The winner will be awarded all fees collected,
a set of pinball promos, and
a trophy.
Rules
• Qualifying attempts recorded on only the pinball
machines that do NOT have
ToPS headers.
• Players my make as many attempts to qualify
as time allows.
• Only registered qualifying attempts will be
recorded.
• Only the single highest score on any machine
qualifies.
• Players can only qualify on one machine.
• Five minute grace period for tournament rounds.
• Random drawing determines pairs of contenders.
• Tournament play will be best two-of-three
on the player’s qualifying games.
• If needed, one additional game will be chosen
at random.
• A Coin toss will determine game/player order.
• Extra earned ball(s) may be played.
• No “buy-ins” will be allowed.
• No “bang-backs” will be allowed.
• No “death-saves” will be allowed.
• No intentional “resurrections”
will be allowed.
• A stuck ball or other "minor" problem
will be correct and play will continue.
• Component or "major" failure will
be correct if possible, otherwise a new
game chosen.
• Single elimination will continue down through
the last two contenders.
• The last two contenders will play best two-of-three
on their qualifying games.
• If needed, the last two contenders will play
on a surprise game.
• All decisions of the tournament director
will be final.
