Subject: Lili Taylor in Ransom

I thought Lili Taylor did an outstanding performance in the movie 'Ransom'. As cold and hardened of a character she played, I admit I felt a guilty sense of attraction to her, could see a prettiness that was buried in a scowlful look. You could even see a scared little girl behind the apparent monster. Afraid of being vulnerable to human effection.
