| Here are some pictures of the amp I will be using. It
was purchased from Parts Express
and is part number 300-794.
My opinion is that this is a well built amp. It came with two seperate power cords, one three prong for 230V and one two prong for 115V. The knobs and switches feel sturdy. The phase switch works great and allows for precise sub dial-in regardless of location. Check out the links above for more info on this amp. I haven't been able to fully crank it up (apartment living), but the few times It's been played fairly loud the amp drives with authority. I'm still waiting for the schematics from Parts Express to look into disabling the 6db bass boost at 30Hz that is on this amp. I will be attempting to disable it in the future to see which way I prefer. |

![]() A closer look, notice that phase is fully adjustable not just 0 or 180 degrees. This should make it easier to "dial-in" to my listening environment. The RCA jacks and knobs do feel very sturdy and have a nice linear feel when turning them. |
