Be It Known that this Agreement is entered into by and between

Orcus, Demon Prince of the Undead, Sovereign of Thanatos, Lord of Naratyr, Wielder of the Dread Wand, Master of Damned Souls (hereinafter "Orcus")

and

Jeanne Rheaume (hereinafter "Rheaume")

at the city of Naratyr, in the realm of Thanatos, with the free will of both parties.


For and in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, Orcus and Rheaume agree to an exchange of services.

Duties of Rheaume.  Rheaume shall deliver to Orcus the opening of the Abyssal portal at Dinsmore, in the land known as Teravide, on the Plane of Mortals.   Rheaume shall ensure that the portal remains open and accessible from Thanatos for a period of not less than 100 days.

Duties of Orcus.  Upon the opening of the Abyssal portal at Dinsmore for a period of not less than 100 days, Orcus shall take all necessary actions to permit the restoration of life to Chantal Rheaume, daughter of Lloyd Patrick and Jeanne Rheaume.
