the beginning :: many moons ago i went to college in eau claire wisconsin. my goal was to get educated. within the first couple weeks my goal was skewed - i noticed a girl walk by in front of my dormroom that caught my eye. within the first couple of weeks of school we began our lifelong path.

school :: fortunately for the both of us we completed school around the same time. during those 4+ years we developed a bondness that was quite solid. during this time we gained some great friendships that are still a part of lives today. school was difficult but having michelle and our friends around made it some of the best memories.

eau claire :: after school michelle worked for wisconsin west magazine. she was the editor/designer/writer for this small publication. i worked for a health & pension fund as a programmer. we really enjoyed living in eau claire and knew we would be lifelong pals. within a year she said yes.

10.15.94 :: our wedding day everything came together. i married my best friend and was witnessed by our family and closest friends. she really likes me! she really likes me!

st. paul, mn :: 1996 we decided a change was needed. we both pursued the twin cities as a place to really settle in. michelle worked at minnesota monthly as editor of custom publications and i worked at automatic products international as an applications programmer/analyst. within a few years we bought our first home in highland park. we loved the neighborhood but it was missing something.

rachel :: our baby girl. everyday i'm amazed at what we created. she changes so fast and is a complete smile. i believe there's a section for her somewhere within this web site.

travels :: we love to travel and discover new things. yearly trips to the north shore and other destinations around the states are great. most enjoyable spots we've discovered have been munich, salzburg, paris, london, boston and jamica. we're excited to share future travels with rachel.

thoughts :: having many experiences and other inspirations, michelle is the inspiration for me. her smile, laugh, and comfort makes her a great mother and my best friend.
